Job summary

Aston Carter is hiring for an Order Entry Administrator / Helpdesk Specialist in Austin, TX. This part-time, on-site role supports users across enterprise desktop technologies, Office 365, and order-related systems.

You’ll document issues, assist with incident management, and work closely with IT and operations teams. The ideal candidate has a technical background, strong customer service, and proven data-entry accuracy.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent work experience with certifications.
• 5+ years desktop technology and user support in a technical enterprise.
• Proven history troubleshooting Microsoft and Apple desktop tech.
• Experience with Office 365 and desktop application support.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for Microsoft and Apple desktops.
• Perform accurate data entry and order-related administration across systems.
• Document incidents and resolutions with clear, consistent notes.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
• Escalate network connectivity issues when appropriate.
• Use ITIL-aligned practices to improve service delivery.
