This onsite position involves providing technical support for PCs, Thin Clients, and tablets, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Ideal candidates should have expertise in Windows 8.1 & 7, experience with Active Directory, and proficiency in MS Office applications. The role requires patience and an ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously. Candidates must clear a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Formación

• Experience in providing end user technical support.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems in Microsoft AD environment.
• Ability to use active directory for account management.

Responsabilidades
