Capella University is seeking Part-Time Adjunct Clinical Faculty to support pre-licensed BSN students in online and on-site clinical experiences across multiple specialty areas. Responsibilities include supervising students at approved clinical sites, fostering safe practice, and guiding clinical reasoning and documentation.
The role requires active RN licensure, a BSN, and at least two years of recent clinical nursing and online teaching experience.
Qualifications
- BSN required and must be conferred from an accredited institution.
- Unencumbered RN license with multi-state eligibility/compact license required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical nursing or precepting experience in acute care or relevant setting.
- Minimum of two (2) years of online teaching experience.
Responsabilités
- Provide high-quality clinical instruction and supervision to pre-licensure BSN students.
- Supervise and evaluate students' clinical skills and professional behavior.
- Engage in online didactic support and LMS-based activities.
- Collaborate with Clinical Coordinator and BSN Program Director to ensure regulatory compliance.
