Strategic Education, Inc. seeks part-time Adjunct Clinical Faculty to support BSN nursing programs. Role combines on-site clinical supervision at designated sites with online didactic support, focusing on safe, evidence-based care and student development.

Requirements include a BSN, active RN licensure, and at least two years in clinical practice and online teaching. Travel to sites and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recent clinical nursing or precepting experience.
• Two years online teaching experience required.
• Active RN licensure with multi-state eligibility or compact license.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate clinical instruction and supervision for pre-licensure BSN students.
• Orient students to clinical sites and policies; ensure patient safety.
• Assess and evaluate student performance; provide feedback.
• Collaborate with Clinical Coordinator and BSN Program Director to ensure compliance.
