Selected candidates will teach, assess, and support student growth, communicate with the Course Coordinator, and ensure compliance with clinical partner policies and state regulations.

Formación

• Must hold an MSN degree from an accredited program.
• Must possess a valid and unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Commitment to continuing education in the clinical discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Teach and supervise pre-licensure nursing students before, during, and after clinical experiences.
• Communicate regularly with the Course Coordinator about student progress and facility concerns.
• Create assignments for direct patient care and evaluate student performance per policy.
• Provide written feedback on clinical progress at intervals (daily to final).
• Adhere to clinical partnership policies and nursing school procedures.
