Strategic Education, Inc. seeks an adjunct Clinical Faculty member to supervise pre-licensure LPN students during clinical experiences in approved hospital settings. The role combines on-site supervision with online instruction and evaluations to support student learning and program outcomes.

Requirements include a BSN, an active RN license, and the ability to travel occasionally. The position is non-tenure track and offers benefits for eligible staff, with compensation at $45.00 per hour

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of instruction or compact license
• Minimum two years of recent acute care nursing experience
• Experience teaching or supervising pre-licensure nursing students preferred
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed (limited)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct on-site supervision of pre-licensure LPN students at hospital/healthcare facilities.
• Conduct online instruction and student support to complement clinical work.
• Evaluate and document students' clinical performance and progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Coordinator and LPN Program Director to ensure compliance and quality learning experiences across sites.
