Job summary

Strategic Education, Inc. invites an Adjunct Clinical Faculty member to supervise and educate pre-licensure LPN students in an online nursing program during clinical experiences at approved hospital sites. The role also includes online instruction, performance evaluation, and collaboration with program leadership and clinical partners.

The position is adjunct and non-tenure track, with on-site clinical instruction and online didactic responsibilities; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• Experience teaching or supervising pre-licensure nursing students in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, on-site clinical supervision of LPN students at assigned hospital or healthcare facilities.
• Online instruction and student support, assessment of clinical performance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Coordinator and Program Director to ensure compliant, high-quality instruction across sites.
