Strayer University, LLC is seeking an adjunct Clinical Faculty member to supervise and educate pre-licensure LPN students in an online nursing program. Clinical instruction occurs in person at hospital sites, with didactic and student support conducted online.

The role includes on-site supervision, evaluating student performance, ensuring safe nursing practice, and collaboration with program leadership to maintain high-quality clinical experiences across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Active, unencumbered RN license.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct, on-site clinical supervision of pre-licensure LPN students at assigned hospital or healthcare facilities.
• Ensure safe, evidence-based nursing practice by students in accordance with course objectives, outcomes, and regulatory standards.
• Orient students to the clinical site, policies, procedures, and expectations for professional conduct.
• Supervise and evaluate students’ clinical skills, critical thinking, documentation, and patient care.
• Intervene to ensure patient safety and student learning.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Coordinator and LPN Program Director to ensure consistent clinical instruction across sites.
