Job summary

Grainger is hiring a part-time On-Site Service Representative in the Bellefontaine, OH area. The role involves servicing multiple customer locations, stocking products, and supporting the KeepStock program to ensure inventory accuracy.

You will work with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings, handle customer needs during visits, and help maintain high levels of service while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Serve multiple customer locations and maintain on-site presence.
• Receive and stock purchased products at customer sites and verify inventory levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty and upsell where appropriate.
• Follow routing software to manage routes and keep guides up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and cycle times.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the site.
