• Receive and stock purchased product at customer locations and maintain stock levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow routes defined by routing software and keep route guides up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and cycle times.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify needs.
