Job summary

Grainger is seeking an Onsite Services Representative to service multiple customer locations, manage inventory, and drive account growth through KeepStock programs. You will stock product, resolve issues, and follow routing software to optimize visits.

You will partner with sales to identify customer needs, create new orders, and promote Grainger solutions while adhering to safety protocols across sites. This role requires a valid driver’s license and physical ability to lift 25–60 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with required automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift 25–60 lbs and perform in difficult positions.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations and monitor inventory levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote loyalty.
• Follow routing software-defined routes and maintain route guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes or cycle times.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs.
• Engage with customers to uncover needs and work with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
