Description

Do you have a passion for helping others and love putting a smile on people's faces? Then you might be a great fit as our part-time Director of First Impressions! The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, be organized & detail-oriented, have a heart for servant leadership, and maintain a positive attitude. You will join a front desk team of 3 (2 part-time & 1 full-time).

As a member of the Front Desk team, you will assist in maintaining the appearance of the office's common areas, report issues to the Lead Director of First Impressions, and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, welcoming everyone warmly. This role supports our agents and their clients by providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and route phone calls warmly and efficiently, ensuring proper routing and information sharing
  • Support leadership with office goals and company values
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, data entry, calling, and filing
  • Help coordinate office activities like REDDay, training sessions, charity drives, and events, working with various committees
  • Monitor and report on office supplies and inventory needs
  • Respond promptly to email requests and manage conference room scheduling
  • Greet visitors and handle incoming mail and packages
  • Manage spreadsheets and data entry related to office operations
  • Assist with agent file compliance and listing support, including updating MLS and ShowingTime profiles
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure monthly agent awards are correctly posted on social media
  • Maintain cleanliness and repair of common areas, reporting issues as needed
  • Keep office announcement boards and calendars updated; communicate updates via Facebook, emails, or texts
Qualifications

  • Reliable, dependable, prompt, and proactive
  • Neat, professional appearance and mannerisms
  • Experience with computer systems and social media platforms (Gmail, Google Suite, Word, Excel, Canva, Facebook, CRM, etc.)
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues thoroughly
  • Servant heart and passion for helping others
  • Comfortable managing stressful situations and phone calls
  • Highly organized with a focus on efficiency
  • Ability to multitask and handle interruptions
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Real estate experience is preferred but not required
  • Minimum 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience required
Compensation

$15 - $20 hourly
