We are seeking a highly motivated, success-driven, and enthusiastic communicator to join us as a Junior Account Executive for the Austrian and German markets. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our presence in these regions, directly contributing to our mission of connecting clients with top-tier global hiring solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand our prospects' needs deeply and act as their trusted advisor, ensuring they select the Global Hiring Solution that best fits their requirements.

What you will do as a Junior Account Executive
  1. Fuel Pipeline Growth: Proactively build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent, creative outbound strategies and by leveraging your professional network.
  2. Command Your Territory: Own the Austrian and German markets with confidence, managing the full sales cycle—from engaging qualified leads (SDRs, inbound, events, partners, outbound, etc.) to confidently closing impactful deals.
  3. Be the Trusted Advisor: Dive deep into each client's business landscape to uncover challenges and deliver solutions that drive real results, fostering enduring partnerships.
  4. Collaborate for Seamless Success: Work closely with Sales Campaign Managers, BDRs, your Team Lead, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand the market better, ensure a smooth transition for new clients, and refine your sales approach.
  5. Elevate Client Success: Respond swiftly and effectively to prospect and new client needs to meet and exceed expectations, turning satisfaction into enthusiasm.
  6. Surpass Sales Goals: Achieve and strive to exceed quarterly revenue targets by securing new business and expanding opportunities within your accounts.
What we are looking for…
  • Proven Sales Drive: 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, demonstrating strong commercial insights.
  • Outstanding Communicator & Influencer: Ability to spark conversations, build rapport, and confidently engage decision-makers, including C-level executives. Outgoing, energetic, and relationship-oriented.
  • Analytical Mindset & Customer Focus: Deep curiosity about customer needs, with problem-solving skills to turn insights into impactful solutions.
  • Self-Starter with Resilience: Initiative-driven, motivated under pressure, persistent even when faced with rejection. Targets are your baseline, not your goal.
  • Adaptable & Growth-Oriented: Positive, professional, embracing feedback, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Native-level German (Austrian dialect preferred) and fluent English for effective communication with diverse clients.

Desirable (but not required):

  • A degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or relevant real-world experience.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, maintaining a clean and organized pipeline.
  • Experience in outbound sales, creating your own pipeline and closing deals through creative outreach.
  • Market-savvy and passionate about SaaS, remote work trends, and the Austrian startup ecosystem.
