This role is based in our Bridgeport clinic (Bridgeport, West Virginia).

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and check clients in, providing a friendly and professional experience.
• Handle phone calls efficiently, maintaining effective communication.
• Manage insurance processes with attention to detail for smooth client experiences.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling and record-keeping.
• Maintain a clean and inviting clinic environment.
• Support telehealth services, embracing digital healthcare solutions.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to uphold a culture of excellence.
• Potentially train in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and assist in training new team members.
• Maintain professionalism to contribute to a positive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in medical office settings and familiarity with EMR systems.
• Strong communication skills, client-focused approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
