Job Overview

The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest. They maintain a positive environment and excel in guest services, phone etiquette, and product and service recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate high standards of customer service and uphold FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
2. Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
3. Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
4. Notify the Salon Manager when supplies are low.
5. Assist with in-store operational processes.
6. Ensure store standards are maintained at all times.
7. Accurately follow all timekeeping procedures.
8. Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
9. Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to ensure compliance.
10. Keep the store clean and fully stocked.

Experience and Qualifications

• Guest Service Experience (1 year preferred)
• Sales and Marketing Experience
• Salon Experience (preferred)
• Current Esthetic Students (preferred)
