We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Junior Account Executive to support our dynamic team and directly assist our seasoned Podcast Ad Sales Account Executives. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and excited about the growing world of podcasting, this could be your perfect role.

Position Overview

As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in our sales process, providing critical administrative, research, and communication support to help the Account Executive successfully drive revenue and build strong client relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within the podcast or media sales industry while contributing meaningfully to the success of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Account Executive in day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing client decks, and managing follow-ups.
  2. Help manage and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot) with accurate client communication records, campaign status, and prospecting activity.
  3. Conduct advertiser and agency research to support prospecting and new business efforts.
  4. Work closely with other internal departments to ensure campaign execution runs smoothly.
  5. Monitor industry news and trends to provide relevant updates to the sales team.
  6. Embodies True Native Media's core values in every client interaction and internal process.
Ideal Qualifications
  1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  2. Proficiency in Google Sheets and other relevant tools.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  5. A passion for podcasts and interest in learning more about podcast advertising.
