ANS is seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to keep our North Carolina offices running smoothly across multiple locations. This part-time role requires strong organization, reliable communication, and the ability to manage budgets, vendors, calendars, and office policies.
You will partner with HR, support onboarding, plan events, and ensure safety and compliance while assisting IT and other departments to maintain seamless office operations in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

This position manages a wide range of operational and administrative tasks, contributing to a productive and positive work environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, meticulous, and resourceful individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a part-time role.
