Job summary

Del Mar College is conducting a continuous recruitment for a pool to fill part-time, temporary, hourly assignments on an as-needed basis. The chosen candidates will provide direct and indirect administrative support to the Early College Programs department in Corpus Christi, TX.

Position emphasizes greeting callers, document maintenance, data entry in the student database, and general office tasks. This role is non-exempt and paid at $10.00 per hour, with open dates starting 11/12/2025 and until

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Three (3) months experience in an office setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Platform (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Experience in Higher Education.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and greet students and visitors as needed.
• Maintain the filling system and update paperwork as well as maintain documents.
• Maintain and enter information in the student database, process student requests and assist with scanning.
• Maintain office common areas and perform other general office duties.
