You will act as a key contact for customers, handling order entry, pricing, billing, and delivery coordination to ensure total customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting customers with merchandise needs, stocking and inventory maintenance, possible delivery duties, and updating knowledge through product training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform physical requirements: receive, pick, pack, ship, move materials up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer merchandise requirements including the counter.
