Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and daily weights in EMR.
• Perform rounding and communicate observations to RN promptly.
• Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes under RN supervision.
• Collect specimens and assist with nursing duties as directed.
• Maintain patient belongings, stock nursing area, and keep equipment clean.
• Adhere to infection prevention policies and age-specific patient care needs.
