Job summary

2M Quality is seeking part-time 1099 reviewers to perform quality assessments on newly built homes. You will visit construction sites, identify defects from a buyer’s perspective, and submit electronic reports by 5 PM. Training will cover how to enter data into the report database.

No roof walks required, equipment provided, and you must have a tablet and internet access. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, reliable, and able to work 4–5 days Mon–Fri between 8am and 5pm.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work 4–5 days Mon–Fri on-site between 8:00 and 17:00.
• Equipment and reporting tools will be provided and trained on.

Responsibilities

• Assess newly built homes from a buyer perspective to identify defects in workmanship, quality, completeness, consistency, and professionalism.
• Drive to construction sites and conduct quality reviews on the scheduled day.
• Submit reports on site electronically by 5 PM.
• Enter review results online using a tablet on the job site.
