Job summary

2M Quality is seeking part-time quality reviewers to inspect newly built homes from a buyer's perspective. Reviews take 1 to 1.5 hours and occur on days scheduled between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM, with reports due by 5:00 PM on-site.

Reviewers travel to sites to perform inspections, enter results on a tablet, and complete training on the reporting system. No roof or attic work required, and tools are minimal.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to drive to sites and work 4–5 days Monday to Friday.
• Able to enter quality data on-site using a tablet and keep reports electronic.

Responsibilities

• Identify defects in workmanship from a buyer's viewpoint.
• Conduct on-site quality reviews at scheduled times between 8:00 and 5:00.
• Submit Review Reports on-site and online by 5 PM.
