Job summary

2M Quality in Florida is seeking part-time reviewers to inspect newly built homes from a buyer's perspective, identifying defects in workmanship, quality, completeness, consistency, and professionalism.

Reviews are conducted on schedule at various sites between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM, with reports submitted electronically by 5 PM. You'll use a tablet on-site; training will be provided; roofing isn't required; home renovation experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Part-time 1099 field QA reviews for residential construction.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with ability to work unsupervised.
• Must have access to internet and a mobile device while on-site.

Responsibilities

• Inspect newly built homes from a buyer's perspective to identify defects in workmanship, quality, completeness, consistency, and professionalism.
• Drive to construction sites and conduct quality reviews on scheduled days between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
• Enter review results online on-site and submit reports by 5:00 PM; training will be provided.
• Reviewers are not required to access roofs or attics; no tools, lights, or ladders are used.
• Availability 4–5 days (Mon–Fri) to match scheduler; drive time not compensated.
