Job summary

2M Quality in Texas is seeking part-time 1099 reviewers to inspect newly built homes from a buyer's perspective. You will identify defects in workmanship, quality, completeness, consistency, and professionalism during on-site visits.

Reviews take about 1 to 1.5 hours, scheduled between 8 am and 3:30 pm, with reports submitted on-site and due by 5 PM. Training provided; you’ll drive to sites; no roofs or attics required.

Qualifications

• Experience reading residential construction from a buyer's perspective is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in using tablets to submit on-site reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews on new homes at scheduled times.
• Travel to construction sites and complete reviews between 8:00 and 17:00.
• Enter results on-site via tablet and submit reports by 5 PM.
