Job summary

2M Quality is seeking part-time QA reviewers to inspect newly built homes and document defects from a homebuyer perspective. You will travel to multiple construction sites, perform quality reviews within the scheduled day and submit results electronically from the field.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, able to work unsupervised, and comfortable solving minor technical issues on a tablet. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify defects in workmanship from a buyer's viewpoint.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency during field visits.
• Reliable availability 4–5 days per week, 8:00–17:00 when scheduled.
• Comfort with using a tablet and entering data remotely from the field.

Responsibilities

• Visiting newly built homes to assess defects in workmanship, quality, and finish.
• Drive to multiple construction sites and perform on-site quality reviews within scheduled days.
• Enter review results into the report database using a tablet on-site.
• Submit electronic reports by 5 PM on the day of review.
