Job summary

2M Quality is seeking part-time QC reviewers to inspect newly built homes from a buyer's perspective. You will travel to sites within the region to identify workmanship defects, document findings, and submit reports electronically the same day.

Training is provided, no roofs or attics required, and you will use a tablet to enter results. Expected schedule is M-F between 8:00 and 5:00, with pay per review and a step-up raise after the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience preferred but not required.
• Must have tablet and reliable internet access in the field.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites daily.

Responsibilities

• Review homes from a buyer's perspective to identify defects.
• Enter review results into the on-site database via tablet.
• Submit reports electronically no later than 5 PM.
