Job summary

2M Quality is seeking part-time reviewers to inspect newly built homes from a buyer’s perspective, identifying defects in workmanship, quantity, consistency, and finish. Reviews take 1 to 1.5 hours and occur on scheduled days between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

You will drive to sites around the area and complete reports on site using a tablet. Training will be provided for entering Quality Review Reports. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, reliable, able to work unsupervised, and comfortable

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided on how to enter a Quality Review Report in the report database.
• Reviewers are not required to walk on roofs or in attics.
• Part-time availability 4-5 days Mon-Fri; days off must be scheduled with the scheduler.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes from a buyer's perspective to identify defects in workmanship and finish.
• Drive to construction sites and conduct quality reviews on scheduled day.
• Enter review results on-site using a tablet and submit electronically by 5 PM.
• No tools, lights, or ladders required during reviews.
