Job summary

2M Quality is seeking a part-time 1099 quality review professional to inspect newly built homes from a buyer's perspective. You will identify defects in workmanship, quality, completeness, consistency, and professionalism while visiting construction sites across the Greensboro area.

Reviews take 1 to 1.5 hours; you will submit reports on-site via tablet and finish by 5 PM. Expect a schedule of 4-5 days, Monday through Friday, with pay per review and an introductory period with a reduced rate.

Qualifications

• Own a tablet with cellular capability (2020 model or newer).
• Blue painter's tape and hard hat required for on-site work.
• Access to email in the field and ability to log reports on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive to construction sites to perform quality reviews as scheduled.
• Submit electronic reports on-site by 5 PM.
• Enter review results into the report database using a tablet.
• Reviews do not require walking on roofs or attics.
• Work in the field from 8 AM to 5 PM as scheduled.
