Job summary

2M Quality, LLC is seeking reliable, detail-oriented reviewers for part-time QC checks on newly built homes in the Medina area. Reviews take about 1–1.5 hours each, with work days Mon-Fri and occasional full days.

You will travel to sites, perform client-focused inspections, and submit electronic reports on-site by 5 PM. Ideal candidates have residential construction exposure, can operate a tablet, and connect to Wi‑Fi, with compensation per review and a structured introductory period.

Qualifications

• Part-time 1099 position requiring travel to construction sites in the Medina, OH area.
• Ability to operate a tablet and report results electronically from site.
• Punctual availability Monday through Friday with schedule coordination.
• Residential construction experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect newly built homes from buyer perspective for defects in workmanship and finish.
• Travel to construction sites and conduct quality reviews within 8:00–17:00 window.
• Enter review results into the database on-site using a tablet.
• Submit reports electronically on-site no later than 5 PM.
