Job summary

2M Quality is seeking a part-time, 1099 Quality Review Specialist to inspect newly built homes from a buyer's perspective. You will identify defects in workmanship, completeness, consistency, and finish, documenting findings for each site visit.

Reports are submitted on-site electronically by tablet, with reviews typically taking 1 to 1.5 hours. You must be comfortable driving to sites around Stafford, VA, and work 4-5 days per week on a flexible daytime schedule between 8 am and 5 pm.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and thorough when inspecting homes.
• Able to work unsupervised and on a fixed schedule.
• Must have access to a tablet and mobile internet to enter reports.

Responsibilities

• Inspect new homes from a buyer perspective to identify defects in workmanship and finish.
• Drive to construction sites and perform quality reviews on scheduled days.
• Enter review results in the database on-site using a tablet and submit reports by 5 PM.
