Job summary

2M Quality in Newark, DE is seeking part-time QA reviewers to inspect newly built homes from a buyer’s perspective. Each review takes 1 to 1.5 hours and is completed on-site with a tablet; roof and attic access are not required.

Inspectors drive to sites, submit reports electronically by 5PM, and receive training on data entry in the field. This is a 1099 role paid per review, with $75–$90 per review and an introductory $65–$75, plus a $10 raise after the intro period.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Part-time 1099 position.

Responsibilities

• Look at newly built homes from a customer's perspective to identify defects in workmanship, quality, completeness, consistency, and professionalism.
• Driving to construction sites and conducting quality reviews on the day it is scheduled.
• Enter review results online using your own tablet while on the job site. Training will be provided on how to enter a Quality Review Report in the report database.
• Reviewers are not required to walk on roofs or in attics.
• No tools, lights or ladders are used in the review.
• Residential construction experience is preferred but not required.
