2M Quality, LLC is seeking part-time reviewers to assess newly built homes from a buyer’s perspective. Reviews take 1–1.5 hours and are completed on-site, with electronic submissions immediately after completion.

Applicants must have a cellular-enabled tablet, basic reporting skills, and be able to work 4–5 days Monday through Friday. Pay is per review, with introductory and per-review pay scales provided.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience preferred but not required.
• Must have own tablet with cellular connection (2020 model or newer).
• Access to email while in the field and ability to enter data into a web-based report system.

Responsabilités

• Inspect newly built homes from buyer perspective to identify defects.
• Complete reviews on site within 1–1.5 hours per property.
• Submit electronic reports on site by 5 PM.
• Travel to construction sites and perform reviews as scheduled.
• Enter review results into the online database using your tablet.
