Job summary

Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. is seeking a part-time Property Maintenance Technician in Hardin, MT. This role supports the on-site team with grounds upkeep, preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers, 20–24 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with building trades training.
• Minimum 2 years in skilled maintenance work.
• Ability to operate power tools and maintenance equipment.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly and accurately.
• Perform repairs across painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC as needed.
• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas, including lawns and parking areas.
• Provide on-call maintenance and respond to emergencies as directed.
• Document preventive maintenance activities in the work order system.
