Job summary

Point Real Estate Management LLC is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to help maintain a premier Class A multifamily community east of downtown Saint Paul, MN. The role involves completing unit repairs, turnover work, and general maintenance under the Maintenance Supervisor, with on-site duties 25 hours/week and an on-call rotation.

The technician should handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and custodial tasks, while maintaining records and assisting in vendor

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-time apartment maintenance experience.
• Owns a basic set of hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform weekend work when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in resident units and assist with turnover.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Assist in custodial and grounds work around the property.
• Support on-call rotation and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure safety and compliance.
