Job summary

Affinity Property Management in Hillsboro, Oregon is hiring a part‑time Property Manager to oversee a multi‑family community in person. Schedule is Mon, Wed, Fri 8:00am–5:00pm with occasional Saturdays, totaling about 24 hours a week (up to 32).

You will report to the Portfolio Manager, manage leasing, renewals, budgets, vendor invoices, and maintain about 95% resident occupancy while ensuring rent collections and compliance with Fair Housing and local laws. Requirements include U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
• 1+ years of experience in staff supervision.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager and CRM preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Review rental rates and concessions with Portfolio Manager.
• Maintain resident occupancy of 95%.
• Manage rent collection and delinquency processes.
• Prepare budgets and assist with annual budget.
• Coordinate vendor invoices and turnover workflows.
• Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance and fair housing.
• Lead and train administrative and maintenance staff.
