Affinity manages an apartment community and 76 townhomes in Portland, OR. The role oversees leasing, maintenance coordination, and daily operations, reporting to the Portfolio Manager. Strong leadership and customer service are essential to sustain occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The position requires multi-family property management experience, supervision skills, and proficiency in Yardi Voyager and MS Office. A competitive benefits package includes insurance, 401k, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
• 1+ years of experience in staff supervision.
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Ensure timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue.
• Review rental rates and concessions with Portfolio Manager.
• Maintain resident occupancy of 95%.
