Affinity-Property-Management is hiring a Property Manager for The Robert and North Park Townhomes in Portland, OR. The role is full-time, primarily based in the office with some site activity, overseeing 76 units across two communities and coordinating with a Portfolio Manager.

Responsibilities include leasing, rent collections, staff supervision, budgeting, reporting, and resident relations. A strong customer-service mindset and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
• 1+ years of experience in staff supervision.
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Demonstrates teamwork, integrity and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Manage full-cycle lease process with prospects.
• Ensure rent collection and occupancy targets are met.
• Supervise administrative and maintenance staff.
• Prepare budgets, reports and renewal offers.
