Job summary

Affinity-Property-Management seeks a Part-time Property Manager to oversee a multi-family community in the Hillsboro region, Oregon. The role requires coordinating leasing, renewals, and property operations while ensuring budget adherence and team supervision.

Responsibilities include resident tours, payroll and commission reporting, and adherence to Fair Housing rules. In-office with some field work; 24 hours weekly, with potential 32 hours when Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
• 1+ years of experience in staff supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements.
• Comply with appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes.
• Ensure timely submission of payroll and commissions and prepare reports.
• Advertise and promote the property and manage tours for residents.
• Review rental rates and renewals with Portfolio Manager.
• Manage and process vendor invoices and petty cash.
• Monitor expenditures to stay within operating budget.
• Lead staff meetings and supervise maintenance and admin teams.
