Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific procedures and access requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs/reports per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document actions.
• Support a professional environment by assisting tenants and visitors and communicating security observations to leadership.
