Job summary

Allied Universal in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Driving Patrol to provide reliable service at a designated site. You will perform customer service, monitor access, and respond to incidents during evening shifts.

This role offers flexible hours, the Anchor Shifts program, and opportunities to pick up additional shifts across sites, with earning potential through extra shifts and a focus on safety and community protection.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols through retail areas, parking zones, and perimeter to identify maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized entry and policy violations.
• Document incidents and patrol activity in reports and communicate information to site management.
