Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology and media location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with site-specific protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional workplace environment by providing directions, answering questions, and reporting maintenance, access-control, and security-related issues.
