Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors and deliveries.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the premises and report hazards.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs/reports.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, notifying the proper personnel.
• Support a professional environment and relay security observations to leadership.
