Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a Customer Service environment.
• HR background in Military Pay, Personnel, Travel Claims or Navy Transportation is preferred.
• Proficient in oral and written communication to explain complex entitlements and collections.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICA program support at Navy DEERS/RAPIDS sites.
• Verify identity and eligibility of DoD beneficiaries; issue DoD IDs and update DEERS.
• Operate RAPIDS workstations; process CACs and assist customers with DEERS questions.
