Responsibilities

• Support local business growth by monitoring merchant orders, user growth, and customer experience across the assigned area.
• Assess local market conditions and customer needs, propose practical initiatives, and coordinate their implementation.
• Work with existing merchant partners to identify opportunities to improve performance, including promotions, customer experience, and local visibility.
• Consider customer needs across neighborhoods, product categories, and ordering times when recommending improvements to merchant operations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Delivery, and other internal teams to follow up on merchant needs and support healthy growth in the local market.
• Share market feedback, customer insights, and progress updates with the team to help improve future initiatives.
