Job summary

HungryPanda, a London-headquartered food delivery platform, seeks a proactive business development professional to grow our US merchant base and increase orders and GMV. You will target restaurants, onboard partners, and work to expand market share.

Responsibilities include arranging in-person meetings to negotiate contracts, maintaining strong merchant relationships, coordinating with Marketing and Delivery Operations, visiting merchants regularly, and ensuring timely delivery of our solutions

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
• 1 year of BD or sales experience in the fooddelivery/delivery industry is a plus.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• High commercial acumen and ability to negotiate with restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Acquire merchants and help increase orders and GMV.
• Arrange in-person meetings to negotiate contracts with potential merchants.
• Maintain existing relationships and coordinate with stakeholders to improve merchant satisfaction.
• Conduct regular merchant visits and update merchant materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
