You will work with marketing, delivery, and internal teams to implement practical initiatives and drive merchant and user growth.

• Mandarin fluency for day-to-day communication with merchants and internal teams.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across merchants and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and reliable follow-up on tasks and commitments.
• Ability to work with business data and recognize changes in customer needs and local market activity.
• Customer-focused mindset and translating observations into actionable improvements.
• Experience in merchant operations, local marketing, or business development support is preferred.
• Interest in food, Chinese cuisine, and local communities is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Support local business growth by monitoring merchant orders, user growth, and customer experience across your assigned area.
• Assess local market conditions and customer needs, propose practical initiatives, and coordinate their implementation.
• Work with existing merchant partners to identify opportunities to improve performance, including promotions and local visibility.
• Consider customer needs across neighborhoods, product categories, and ordering times when recommending improvements to merchant operations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Delivery, and other internal teams to follow up on merchant needs and support healthy growth in the local market.
• Share market feedback, customer insights, and progress updates with the team to help improve future initiatives.
