Job summary

Mondelez International seeks a proactive in-store merchandiser to represent its snack brands in Winnemucca, NV. You will perform daily store visits, maintain displays, and ensure stock and promotion integrity using iPad and Salesforce.

Ideal candidates lift and move products safely, start early, and can work weekends. You will build retailer relationships and support seasonal launches in a retail setting.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license and access to insurance for a personal vehicle.
Positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repetitively; occasional 50+ lbs.
Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
Live within 25–35 miles of Winnemucca, NV.
Open availability including weekends/holidays; 6:00 AM start.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelez in stores as the face of its brands.
Deliver excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
Visit stores daily per Merchandising Excellence standards.
Capture display photos using a mobile device.
Build relationships with store personnel and managers.
Place orders via iPad using Salesforce for stock/display upkeep.
Set up promotional displays; ensure plan compliance.
Follow RTM schedules and priorities.
Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
Share store insights and opportunities with RTM/management.
Move products safely; lift, bend, and carry as needed.
Move stock from backroom to floor and shelves.

Job description

Represent Mondelēz in stores as the face of its iconic snack brands
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute daily store visits according to DSD Merchandising Excellence standards
Capture display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers and store managers
Order products via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with store plans
Follow schedules and priorities set by the RTM
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
Lift, bend, and move products while maintaining safety and compliance
Move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Winnemucca, NV
Open availability including weekends and holidays as needed
Availability for a 6:00 AM start time
