Job summary

Mondelēz in Canton, OH is seeking a field merchandising representative to be the face of its biscuit brands in-store. You will deliver exceptional customer service to store teams and shoppers while optimizing product placement and displays.

You will conduct daily store visits using the DSD Merchandising Excellence method, capture photos with DMI, and order stock via Salesforce to ensure on-shelf availability. Ability to lift and move products is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license issued by the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to perform repetitive lifting and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Occasional pushing/pulling up to 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Canton, OH.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of its iconic brands and owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
• Safely lift, bend, and move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves.

Requirements

• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Canton, OH
• Schedule availability required: Tuesday-Saturday
• Start time availability: 6:00am-8:00am
