Job summary

Mondelēz in-store representation in Cumming, GA is seeking a professional merchandiser to deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers. You will conduct daily store visits, capture display photos using DMI, and place product orders via Salesforce on an iPad to keep shelves and displays stocked.

You will implement promotional displays, ensure RTM plan compliance, and support seasonal launches while building relationships with store personnel and management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to a variety of store locations.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location: Cumming, GA.
• Schedule availability: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to the RTM and management team.
• Safely lift, bend, carry, push, and pull products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves.

Requirements
