Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking an in-store representative in Gilbert, AZ to serve as the face of the brand and deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers. You'll execute daily store visits, capture display photos with DMI, coordinate product ordering via iPad and Salesforce, and ensure promotions and displays stay compliant and well-stocked.

This role requires early hours, a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license in your state.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations.
Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs.; occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.
Live within 25-35 miles from Gilbert, AZ.
Open availability including at least one weekend day and holidays.
6:00 AM start time.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence.
Serve as the face of the company and deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel.
Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays.
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store shelves.
Keep Mondelēz snack brands visible and in stock (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit).

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to meet defined physical activities, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Gilbert, AZ
Open availability including at least one weekend day and holidays as needed
